Currently ActionRunner is supported via email only. However depending on the nature of your issue you may be contacted directly by a support representative.

If you are currently using ActionRunner and are experiencing a need for technical support our staff will respond to your requests for assistance, in the order that your request is received. Please email us if you are also having any technical issues regarding the use of ActionRunner and its associated Add-Ons. For Add-On support you may receive a response from the provider of that Add-On depending on the nature of your issue. To ensure a quick and easy response please include the following information:

• Your Email Address
• Your Product ID
• Your Product Version (Mac or PC)
• Your Operating System
• A detailed description of what your issue may be.
• An example of how it can be reproduced.
